Webbzee provides digital services including but not limited to Shopify development,
website development with basic SEO, application development, AWS cloud services and server
management, Amazon services such as product listing, A plus content, brand store setup and Amazon
ads, and digital marketing services.
The exact scope of work will be defined in a written agreement, proposal, or invoice for each
project.
Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely input, approvals, content, and
payments from the client. Delays caused by missing content, feedback, approvals, or third party
services are not the responsibility of Webbzee.
Final delivery dates may change based on project complexity and revisions.
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, product details, brand
assets, access credentials, and approvals on time.
The client confirms they have the legal right to use all content, images, logos, and data provided
to Webbzee.
Webbzee is not responsible for copyright or legal issues arising from content supplied by the
client.
All payments must be made as agreed in the proposal or invoice.
Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
Any delay in payment may result in project suspension, service pause, or withholding of final
deliverables.
Fees paid are non refundable once work has started.
Hosting, cloud services, third party tools, plugins, paid themes, ads, and subscriptions are charged
separately unless mentioned in writing.
If Webbzee provides hosting, cloud setup, or server management, the service is limited
to configuration, basic monitoring, and maintenance as agreed.
Webbzee is not responsible for downtime, outages, or failures caused by cloud providers, hosting
providers, domain registrars, third party APIs, or external services.
Clients are responsible for paying hosting and cloud provider fees on time to avoid service
disruption.
Webbzee strongly recommends regular automated backups for all websites, applications,
and databases.
If the client chooses to purchase and enable S3 backups or any other paid backup solution
recommended by Webbzee, backup setup and configuration will be handled as part of the service.
If the client does not agree to purchase or enable S3 backup or any paid backup solution, Webbzee
will not be responsible for any data loss, corruption, accidental deletion, hacking incidents,
server crashes, or restoration failures.
The client understands and agrees that without paid backup services, data recovery may not be
possible in case of any incident.
Webbzee is not liable for any business loss, revenue loss, customer data loss, or operational loss
caused by missing backups if the client declines backup services.
Webbzee follows standard security practices during development and server setup.
However, no system is completely secure. Webbzee is not responsible for hacking attempts, malware
infections, data breaches, or vulnerabilities caused by third party software, plugins, hosting
providers, or outdated client managed systems.
Security monitoring, firewalls, and advanced protection may require additional paid services.
Webbzee does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volume, sales numbers, or ad
performance results.
SEO and marketing results depend on market competition, product quality, pricing, platform policies,
and ongoing optimization.
Advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and Amazon may change policies at any time, which can
affect performance.
Webbzee provides Amazon services including listing creation, A plus content, brand store
setup, and ad campaign setup based on information provided by the client.
Webbzee is not responsible for account suspensions, listing removals, policy violations, performance
drops, or account restrictions caused by Amazon policies, product compliance issues, or incorrect
information provided by the client.
Webbzee is not responsible for changes in Shopify policies, pricing, platform features,
app pricing, or outages.
Payment gateway issues, third party app failures, and platform limitations are outside the control
of Webbzee.
The number of revisions included in the project will be defined in the proposal.
Additional changes or features requested after project approval may be charged separately.
Major scope changes will require a revised quotation.
Upon full payment, the client owns the final delivered website, application, or design
files as agreed.
Webbzee reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials
unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.
Webbzee reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if the client violates these
terms, delays payments, or engages in illegal activities using the provided services.
Clients may terminate services by written notice. Any completed work will be billed and payable.
Webbzee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including
loss of revenue, profit, data, or business interruption.
The maximum liability of Webbzee for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for
the specific service in question.
Webbzee is not responsible for issues caused by third party tools, platforms, hosting
providers, payment gateways, APIs, themes, plugins, or software.
Any downtime, data loss, or policy changes by third party providers are outside the control of
Webbzee.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not share sensitive business or technical details with third parties without consent.
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
